Returns Policy

Returns and Exchanges

Our policy lasts 10 days after the delivery date to inspect and review your item. Your package must not be post marked any later than 10 days from the delivery confirmation from UPS or USPS. If it is past the 10 days we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Email us at to receive your "Return Merchandise Authorization Number" (RMA). Any returns sent without a RMA number will be Rejected. 
It is your responsibility to return the item(s) to We will send your exchanged item back at no charge, one-time (domestic only).

We do not accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The item(s) have been worn or washed
  • The item(s) have been altered
  • The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition, unless the condition is the fault of the supplier
  • The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
  • The item(s) were a Clearance item

A restocking fee of $5.00 per item is applied for all returned packages, except on exchanges and returns due to defective or incorrect merchandise at the fault of the supplier. The customer is responsible for shipping costs and providing a tracking number. If you are in the US, USPS provides FREE Priority Mail Padded Flat Rate Envelopes.  

Please follow these instructions when completing a return:

  1. Pack the unworn and unwashed items with email confirmation or original receipt and RMA number- we cannot exchange or refund without it.
  2. Please write in detail which items you want exchanged, if applicable.
  3. Contact us at for a return mailing address.
  4. For faster processing, please include your full name and order number.


Refunds will process your return within 48 hours upon receiving your package. Items will be inspected and processed through our returns department. Refunds are not issued for worn, washed, or altered items, or for items that are marked Clearance.

Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for purchase or in the form of store credit. We are unable to switch refunds to a new or different payment method other than what was originally used on your order. Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.  

We do not issue refunds solely due to shipping time, if the order is delivered within 30 business days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
